RINO Exhibit 1

No political news site would be complete without a Comics section. This will be a regular feature of The Mockingbird. Please submit your stories, comics, artwork and illustrations to:

themockingbird@usa.com

And now, we sneak a peek into a meeting at the Cincinnati Zoo. Click the picture to enlarge it for easier reading and to enjoy higher resolution renderings of Jean's wrinkles.

Why you always pickin' on Jean? Sure, she's a RINO, but she's our RINO, dammit!

Please tell me someone's going to challenger her in the primary.

Please. I'm begging you. She's an embarrassment to conservatism.

I'd vote for the anonymous Mockingbird before I voted for some corrupt, lying moderate like Jean Schmidt.

Brinkman's going to challenge her if no one else does. Just check out the front page of his website at www.gobrinkman.com.

He's a solid conservative with a backbone, unlike Schmidt.

This blog rocks! Keep up the good work.

Thanks for the kind words...

As for Brinkman, I agree he'd make a fine challenger. Head to head, I think he would have the ability to take her down because his message would resonate more... he has the ability to articulate a conservative message, and Schmidt just "regurgitates" the ideas of others - and not very well, I might add.

So I promise not to post any more "Brinkman's Boneheads" comments... I only did that during the Special Election because I (and many others) could see that McEwen and Brinkman were going to split votes and allow DeWine to win.

I was half right. Instead of the fiscally conservative/socially liberal DeWine, we ended up with the fiscally liberal/socially conservative Schmidt.

We'd have been much better off with McEwen or Brinkman. Next spring, let's only one of them is in the race.

mcewen for senate? maybe. i know bob has been traveling around the state, so that is possible. there are a number of other possibilities for mcewen, though. consider who he is most often seen with at public venues...

he's never run statewide, so it's tough to say if he could pull it off.

if not, we should vote for the colonel, john mitchel. he took 23% of the vote against voinavich! maybe he can knock dewine off this go-around!!!

i'd take mcewen or brinkman vs. schmidt though.

"consider who he's most often seen with at public venues?"

WHO? Ken Blackwell? Russell Johnson?

That doesn't tell us much.

i think www.mcewenforsenate.com was a distraction so no one would notice when blackwellmcewen.com is registered in the very near future... or so it's seen as a fake just like the senate site seems to be...

it's all very interesting.
